Nomination of offices executing operations originating from the Refugee Law

Originating from Article 2 of the Refugee Law (RT I 1997, 19, 306), the Government of the Republic regulates:

To regulate that:

1) operations originating from Article 8 paragraphs 1 and 3, Article 11 paragraphs 1, 6 and 7, Article 12 paragraph 3, Article 15 paragraph 1, Article 16 paragraph 1, Article 17, Article 18 paragraph 1 and Article 20 of the Refugee Law will be executed by the Citizenship and Migration Board;

2) operations originating from Article 9 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Refugee Law will be executed by the local offices of the Estonian Board of Borderguards - District Offices of Borderguards;

3) operations originating from Article 12 paragraph 1 and Article 22 of the Refugee Law will be executed by the Ministry of Interior.
