Vietnam: 1. Is there information that would generally support, or not support, the assertion that the situation in Vietnam has become worse for homosexual men in recent years (say since 2007 when VNM32466 was prepared)? 2. Philippines: 1. What is the CAFGU? 2. Do authorities have financial programs to assist the livelihood and reorientation of former rebels? Do they extend to former rebels who live overseas, such as Australia? How long is the program offered for? 3. Guinea: 1. What are the protections available and enforced to protect defaulting or tardy debtors from their creditors in Guinea? 2. Please advise whether there was a coup in Guinea in December 2008?
