China: 1. Is there a border crossing between Yanji and North Korea? 2. Are Chinese nationals who are also ethnic Korean able to freely come and go across the border? 3. Would a Chinese national who is ethnic Korean have to register his presence in North Korea with local authorities if staying a few nights with a North Korean family? 4.
