The Constitution was first adopted by a referendum on 2 June 1991 and promulgated by kiti N° AN-VIII-330/FP/PRES of 11 June 1991. It was revised by Law No. 002/1997/ADP of 27 January 1997 and promulgated by Decree N° 1997-063/PRES of 14 February 1997, which can be found in the attachments. |
