The Government
A. acknowledges
A.1. the proposal to change Resolution No. 961 of 19 December 1995 to the proposal to terminate providing temporay protection to persons from the former Yugoslavia;
B. agrees
B.1. to continue with the voluntary group and individual repatriation of de-facto refugees to the country of their origin under active support of the Office of the United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Organization for Migration,
B.2. To extend the time period for providing temporary protection to de-facto refugees till 31 December 1996,
B.3. to continue with providing social security benefits and services to de-facto refugees till 31 December 1996.
B.4. with providing one-time financial supports, in the amount of Sk 5,000 for an adult person and Sk 3,000 pr a child, from financial sources allocated to the Slovak Ministry of Interior for implementation of the migration policy, to de-facto refugees that will decide to return individually to their country of origin;
C. imposes on
- the minister of interior
- the minister of foreign affairs
C.1. to ensure, in cooperation with the Office of the United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Organization for Migration, organizing and material and technical continuation of the repatriation of de-facto refugees that will apply for voluntary return to their country of origin,
- the vice-premier and minister of finance
- the minister of interior
- the minister of foreign affairs
- the minister of labour, social affairs and family
- the minister of health
- the minister of education
C.2. to ensure further fulfilling of tasks arising from the Principles governing the course of actions of state and non-state organizations concerning providing temporary protection, which form an enclosure of Resolution of the Slovak Government No. 35/1993 to the report on fulfilling of the Slovak Government's measures for solution and ensuring support to the victims of the conflict in the former Yugoslavia till the end of 1992 and the proposal for the course of actions in that particular field in 1993.
It shall be performed by:
- the vice-premier and minister of finance
- the minister of interior
- the minister of foreign affairs
- the minister of labour, social affairs and family
- the minister of health
- the minister of education
