Introduction
This session focuses on communication skills which are relevant to daily work in displacement sites. This session is optional to reinforce Camp Management teams’ work to improve interpersonal interaction skills. This module aims to be relevant in complex operational environments, including teams working to improve relationships with colleagues, supervisors, service providers, the affected population etc.
The trainer should choose activities based on a learning needs analysis from the training context and the timeframe available. The module is meant to be highly interactive as interpersonal communication skills are learned through practice.
