Angelina Jolie visits Venezuelan refugees in Peru
UNHCR Special Envoy Angelina Jolie met with Venezuelan families who have arrived in Peru, where they are receiving a helping hand from authorities, aid groups and ordinary citizens. Thousands of Venezuelans have crossed the border into Peru in recent weeks, trying to make an end-October deadline to be able to apply for a short-term residency.
