Refugee hospital struggles to save lives
The Nyarugusu hospital in Tanzania is a lifeline for both refugees and the host community, but a rise in infant mortality is causing alarm. The hospital is struggling to cope with a severe shortage of staff, medicine and equipment. The camp is home to nearly 150,000 refugees, the majority of whom are women and children.
