Protection Training Manual for Central Asian Border and Entry OfficialsThe Protection Training Manual for Central Asian Border and Entry Officials was developed in the Russian language in the framework of a capacity building project funded by the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of United States to strengthen Central Asian border and entry officials’ awareness of relevant international, regional and national legal instruments for the protection of refugees, asylum-seekers and other vulnerable groups in the context of mixed migration. The Manual is based on the existing UNHCR Protection Training Manual for European Border and Entry Officials and adapted to the particular context of Central Asia. The Manual has been officially presented to the Government authorities of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. For downloading please follow the link. 15.01.2016 |
