Croatia
Croatia has forced back asylum seekers and migrants who attempt to enter from Serbia. Asylum seekers and refugees have difficulties accessing language classes, education, and employment. People with disabilities continue to be denied the rights to legal capacity and to live in the community. Ethnic minorities, notably Roma and Serbs, regularly experience discrimination. The Croatian judiciary has made slow progress towards accountability for war crimes.
