    Or sports organisations could fund research into prevalence to highlight areas of risk which are then targeted with education, support interventions and rational testing procedures - whistleblowing runs the risk of being corrupted and creating mutual suspicion among athletes

    Scheer’s constant and daily barrage of distortions of truth and outright lies should be treated as harassment of a sitting PM and a violation of his duties as a publicly-funded politician to serve Canadians truthfully and transparently. Time to regulate lying politicians.

    So how exactly did Justin Trudeau manage to spend *$7,500* of taxpayer dollars on a swing set? He needs to respect how hard Canadians work to send their tax dollars to Ottawa, and start putting them ahead of his own self-interest. 3/3

    Mistruth as political strategy has caused such great damage to political life in the US, please journalists, call it out wherever and whenever you see it.

    The only two possibilities are that the Official Opposition leader doesn't understand this very basic math, or (likelier) that he's deliberately spreading nonsense figuring his target audience is too stupid or indifferent to care. Neither is good.

    Teachable math moment :) Example: If I earn $100k and it goes up by 3%, i add $3k of gross income If my taxes, previously $50k, go up by 3%, my taxes payable rise by $1.5k => My net income rises by $1.5k If anything this report is saying the average tax rate went down slightly

    Why is Justin Trudeau punishing Canadians’ success? According to , Canadian families earned an extra 3.3% last year, but taxes were up by 3.1%. Justin Trudeau’s Liberals taxed away 94 cents out of every extra dollar earned. Canadians are missing out.

    It isn’t “Justin Trudeau’s cottage.” It’s an official residence, owned by taxpayers and overseen by a body over which no Prime Minister has control. Including the Prime Minister who was your boss, and who occupied the “cottage” for a decade.

    New golf cart: $5k. Porch & sun umbrellas: $13k. New deck & dock: $24k. Grooming personal ski trails: $28k. These are just SOME of the upgrades that Canadians are paying for at Justin Trudeau's cottage. Why are taxpayers on the hook for this? LIVE:
