    Statelessness & 2nd rev Global Compact 4 Mign: 1. Being stateless shouldn't make someone (incl who's never migrated) subject 2 mign control. 2. Mign and mign policies mustn't make people stateless. 3. Stateless persons must have access to safe migration.
