Winter months are critical for refugee families living in makeshift shelters. When temperatures drop, their plight is deeper than the discomfort of feeling constantly cold and damp. They are at risk of hypothermia, frostbite, exposure and respiratory disease. Their lives are at risk.
By providing a winter survival kit you could give a family the absolute essentials they need to survive. A winter survival kit includes tarpaulin to weatherproof a shelter, blankets, a stove and a jerry can.
Please help provide a lifesaving winter survival kit today: donate.unhcr.org/winter
