    Labour Party paid their airfare, allowances & for some, salaries, they made illegal in-kind contribution to Sanders campaign. That isn't much different from Russian trolls that posted for Trump & Hillary with the Internet Research Agency, murky ties to the Russian government.

    At the Internet Research Agency in St. Petersburg, Russian trolls promoted not only Donald Trump, but also Bernie Sanders and Jill Stein. Anything to defeat Hillary. Because Putin knows that unlike Obama, and certainly Trump, she’s a serious threat to him.

    I compared this set of users with five datasets acquired in the last few months, all related to conspiracy theories that have been prominent on the right. Those which interacted with IRA trolls have a higher rate of participating in the conspiracy theory trends.

    I used 242923 accounts that tweeted between January and April 2016 as a control group. Of these, 14795 have still-visible interactions with one of the top 10 banned Internet Research Agency troll accounts.
