    There is no migration/refugee crisis in Europe. Very low arrival and "secondary movement" figures are the opportunity for EU states to focus together on real issues like asylum reform, safe pathways and more+better aid to refugee hosting+transit countries.

    When journalism is demonized, the consequences are terrifying. After 6 years working in the Middle East, I have seen - & experienced - the script repeatedly. First the powerful use their platforms to cast doubt, next come the threats & censure. It ends in physical violence.
