    It's ! Did you know only ~ 1/2 of people in fields are out? Vocal allies, accepting labs, & visibility are vital, whether you *think* there are folks in your lab or not. Help everyone feel welcome & become a vocal ally 😀 🏳️‍🌈

    Everyone in should recognize failures as essential parts of learning - why wouldn't we celebrate failures? More importantly, when failure is "okay" we can get back to what learning instead of memorization/test conditioning.
