    The CID now investigating an investigation conducted by the CID itself. You cannot make this s*** up. Rajapaksa's needlessly jumped the gun. Govt completely capable of making the NYT story into a debacle, all by itself.

    PM says CID will launch an investigation into NYT allegation based on complaint made by Min but according this report published in 2015 in state newspaper Daily News, CID investigated the matter previously
