    Thanks. It's gone from restrictions like not being able to cover the UN General Assembly without 1 of USG 's minders to two of ' UN Security officers grabbing my laptop while I cover the UN budget, tearing my shirt and twisting my arm

    The UN must stop preaching about Press Freedom & Rights Violation because they don't respect either.Why is blocking & restricting from covering events? Is the not World / Global Citizens Organization or is it DICTATORSHIP?

    Thanks. Last night's laptop grabbing, shirt tearing and arm twisting by UN Security came hours after published this naming Guterres' USG . ASG Saunders, watching the arm twisting, said he'd read it.

    Thanks. Apparently these UN officials are without shame. Under Sec Gen was asked, six times, to act and has never responded. She was named by GAP July 3 - then even more violent ouster. Guterres has done nothing.

    Thanks. Beyond the 2 UN officers who grabbed my laptop, tore my shirt & twisted my arm, & ASG Saunders who watched it, in the days before DPI chief was again asked to act , and was named (July 3) by GAP

    This is astonishing video. ICP journalist Matthew Lee says he was roughed up and pulled out of the UN by security after sitting outside a budget committee hearing writing a story on the proceedings.

    After negotiating day & night 5th committee (budget) has agreed on two reforms: ▪️ UN peace and security ▪️ UN management Well done! 👏
