1/x I'd like to share an 'echo puzzle' I was faced with. My dilemma was how to differentiate acute vs. chronic findings in a stable patient with chest trauma. I hope #Echo, #POCUS and trauma folks out there comment on how they approach patients like this.

#ECHO this is looking really good now, the flippers seem to be nearly done and the 2pm uncrossing trade went through at 17p on rising volumes. I'm hoping it will go well into the 20's even before we get the test results from El Molino Sur.

#ECHO momentum should keep building, could rise in steps next week not always moving forward but i suspect a Friday finish of close to 18p

#ECHO beginning to grind forward again.............buy on the dips was mentioned by Nicola on VOX - well it has bounced off 17.4p 3 times this week - seems like a solid base before the next leg up!!!!!!!!

#ECHO holding above 16p expect to see further strength next week....19-20p target.
