    "I want to go back to bc my kids are not going to school here...but I can't," said Toulin to Toulin & her 5 kids displaced from Afrin & now in Al Asr camp in rural . We continue to provide relief items to displaced families, but these children deserve more.

    Those shouting about a “refugee emergency” in Europe or America should visit African communities giving refuge to millions with small resources. Energies would be better spent helping people address problems here while sharing some of the refugee burden born by poor countries.

    , Agadez, many Sudanese refugees from Darfur, fled refugee camps in Chad due to severe reduction of assistance, in particular food aid, they went to Libya to try to find work & many ended up enslaved in farms. They then escaped to Niger.

    More than 1,000 refugees & migrants have drowned in the Mediterranean Sea in 2018. An agreement by the EU on: 🌊 rescue at sea 🚢 disembarkation 🤝 sharing arrangements is needed NOW. How many more lives lost before we do the right thing? ▶️
