    Just left A+E after 3.5 hours to find out I've torn some joint ligaments in my shoulder. Words can't describe how absolutely GUTTED I am. Especially as I was really looking forward to taking part in a bike ride to France tomorrow. Thanks to all the amazing NHS staff! 👊🏾💚
