    Will people change their opinions when they learn that 13% of the OECD population is foreign-born (), and not 30 or 50%? et al's paper says "providing accurate information does little to affect attitudes toward immigration".

    Impact of the refugee inflow on unemployment is +significant than on employment, b/c new refugees in Europe do poorly on labour market. Effect: 1% max increase in UE. But higher in some countries. (N.B.: 7% more unemployment in DEU - not 7 points more).

    In 2016, even with peak humanitarian inflows, family migration still comprised 32% of all permanent migration to OECD countries. Economic migration yet to return to its pre-crisis levels.
