    And I respect your point of view. I have friends who are pro-independence and I know that the independence and nationalist movements, although overlapping to a large extent, are separate entities.

    I hear you. I value your views. I thank you for your calm and clarity. I just can't agree with you. I'm an Englishman, living in Edinburgh, who can see that independence for Scotland is the right thing politically, ideologically, and financially.

    Happy to take your word for it that such people aren't representative of the entire movement. Happy to accept that the bulging folder of xenophobic and anglophobic screenshots I have on my laptop aren't the whole story.

    THREAD: I saw something yesterday that if I read on this website I would assume was a lie made up by an absolute tool. Watched the England game and then hopped on a train home. A bunch of England fans got on and were singing loudly. Already on the train were a Muslim family.
