    Think creatively.... 1 day a week is totally insufficient. They need block release EVERY day, E.g from 9 -11 or 11-1 or 1-3. Ideal subs available from current or retired cohort. Teaching principals need to be given SO much extra care, they're the most extraordinary of ALL Leaders
