    Horrible news from the with 220 people drowned off the coast of in the past few days after their boats capsized. With no dedicated search & rescue more people will continue to lose their lives unnecessarily.

    The UN human rights office says U.S. detention centers aren't using proper tracking or registration. It said there are "legitimate fears" some children separated at the border (including infants) will never be reunited.
