    Wind-turbines do have a large amount of oil (ironically) in a reservoir to keep everything smooth and lubricated due to the extreme weather exposure and constant mechanical usage. Obviously, the oil leaked and touched some electrical wiring to ignite in a spectacular fashion.

    My guess is Canada was preoccupied with free trade negotiations with China and gambled that irritating our friends to South was cost free. Depending on the deal it may turn out to have been a good decision. But don't do the Trudeau thing and not answer question Minister Freeland.
