New Zealand’s Prime Minister is the first world leader to give birth while in office since 1990 & only the second ever. was the first ever - and was back in work the next day! She was a trailblazer in so many many ways.

WAIT! She is richer than Aleem Khan who is richer Asif Ali Zardari. What's funny is combined net worth of Maryam Nawaz, Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz almost equals the net worth of Ameer Muqam's wife. *insert aunty gormint's famous quote here*

Since almost a week I have used all resources available incl surveys to assess if & where merit may have been ignored in ticket allocation. I assure all who have submitted complaints that before announcing the final list I will ensure that where merit was bypassed it is restored.

Pakistan too is at the forefront of the world’s efforts on refugees. It has displayed its best traditions of hospitality in the welcome it has given, over many years, to one of the world’s biggest refugee populations - from Afghanistan.

I have lost confidence in Pakistani intellect. Anyone criticizes failure of dynastic, venal and incompetent politics, the knee-jerk stupid reaction is democracy is better than dictatorship. Why can't we think constitutional reform to elect better people and better laws?

My op-ed on SMBenazir Bhutto and how she passed many birthdays in jail or incarceration. It was not a life burnished by privilege, quite the contrary. It was a life seared by tragedy, hard choices and a courageous resilience that became her constant normal

Pleasantly surprised to receive a letter from Pakistan’s ambassador to France. The news about Pakistan’s startup ecosystem is spreading fast. God speed Pakistani entrepreneurs!

  18. I praise women-their achievements, ideas, looks. I praise men the same way. But some folks unleash their sickness if a woman likes a man's looks. They don't even spare a middle-aged woman like me. Sickos, if praising a man is a secret/ill-meaning act there's always DM or WhatsApp
