    40 Refugee children imprisoned on spend their entire childhood there. Over 50 kids have spent more than half their lives on Nauru. 157 Refugee kids are still jailed on Nauru. Yet Liberator Dutton lies that he's freed all children in detention. Questions are illegal.

    If you’re outraged that plans to now indefinitely imprison families seeking asylum you need to know he learnt that from Australia. We’ve been doing that exact thing for past 5 years on . In fact more than 120 children are still behind caged fences now. Let’s end it.

    It seems that crying children is a step too far for Americans. Which leaves me very confused. We know, from the Australian government's own investigations, that child detainees as young as 8 on have been suicidal. Do you think they don't cry?

    My 89yo Mum lives in Dickson. She is appalled at the tax package passing the Senate yesterday with big tax cuts for the rich, & , & failure of the LNP to act on . She thinks Dutton is a fascist monster. Hard to disagree with my Mum.

    With public attention on US state abuse of migrant children, let's also remember that over the past 6 mths, 3 children under the age of 12 have been medically evacuated from Australia's refugee prison on bc their indefinite detention there caused them to become suicidal.
