    Kosovo media have reported that the final agreement btw and might include amnesty for war crimes for both sides. This has up until now been only a rumor which sounded insane, but someone is obviously interested to try out public reaction to this proposterous idea.

    This had to involve preserving Serbia’s sovereignty in the sense of title over . Therefore the declaration of independence by amounts to an unlawful secession. The UN mission has not blocked the declaration of independence and yet operates under resolution 1244
