    The orgs we work with regularly change their programmes based on feedback received. For instance, an agency in Afghanistan introduced an informational radio message about their work, because feedback showed people were unaware of available services

    Instead of visual identity, let us pay more attention to effectiveness and dignity. Focus should be on outcomes for people on the receiving end of aid rather than the provenance of inputs from donors and agencies. It’s time to end logolization of aid.
