    Seeing a lot of athletes posting how they are going to be "stars" & are focusing on their sport, but they still miss and conditioning sessions & practice. It's easy to post on social media. Time to put the phone down to workout, condition, & practice.

    Will people please progress their loading process - leaving somebody on the same load for 2/12 and them not improving doesn’t then mean they need intervention.... increase reps/sets/weight/time or something at least please... obviously IMO the weight 💪🏻
