    Mom was admitted into US under Act 207 of special humanitarian concern. My brother and I joined her 2y later after she “proved” Dad was deceased/ didn’t have legal rights to us(He died during escape/body never found). ⁠ ⁠

    Was trying to follow the post back. Why does it matter if they come through port of entry or not? That's immaterial to US federal law, are legal 100% , no matter where they enter.
