    Y'all, gang violence is no joke. Cartel retribution videos are brutal. Some are far worse than those produced by ISIS. There's a reason people are trying to escape. They are refugees, plain and simple, and history will not be kind to us.

    Mom was admitted into US under Act 207 of special humanitarian concern. My brother and I joined her 2y later after she “proved” Dad was deceased/ didn’t have legal rights to us(He died during escape/body never found). ⁠ ⁠

    Was trying to follow the post back. Why does it matter if they come through port of entry or not? That's immaterial to US federal law, are legal 100% , no matter where they enter.
