One of life's greatest deceptions is that feeling that we have time, yet no one knows if they'll even wake up tomorrow.

How does a refugee camp evolve into a thriving city? On Thursday we look at life inside Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya and discuss .

I really think host communities are welcoming to the refugees but that's only to the extent that their needs are not compromised at the expense of the refugees. Say for instance when programmes implemented in host communities benefit both the refugees and community as well.

Citizens in Kenya and Uganda should learn from that, these people we call refugees don't delight in being refugees because they have so many limitation to living a rather normal life, therefore we the hosts need to make life bearable for the refugees.

I think the event will inspire progress for refugees especially if their ideas are implemented, it will serve as a glimmer of hope that it's possible to make it even in A Camp like Kakuma

Just like anyone else, their ideas are equally worth sharing because being in a camp doesn't make them any less creative or inhumane.

Giving refugees this platform is an opportunity for them to tell the world their own stories and experiences not just through the lens of a journalist and a place for the world to see what exactly it's like to be born and raised up in a camp as a home.

Reading an article about a woman who died alone in her apartment and was discovered 3 YEARS LATER! That is what ALONE means. Along the way, they asked me to tweet this.. “I vow to never let petty things get in the way of showing my love and appreciation for loved ones.” I vow

Because there is pain that should not be. There are children born without so much as the idea of hope. The is bondage and death and fear and unnamed monsters that must be slain. In the face of this are we to seek our personal fortunes? There is something greater.
