Kelly T. Clements first went to Bangladesh in 1992 to work with Rohingya refugees, very early in her career. 25 years later Kelly T. Clements is the Deputy High Commissioner at the UN Refugee Agency. When she visited Kutupalong and Nayapara camps in December 2017 Ms Clements reflected on how the situation has changed.
