Position Title: CCCM Rapid Response Officer (IOM)
Jennifer joined IOM as a Rapid Response Officer for the CCCM cluster in 2013. Among the projects she has worked on is to develop IOM work on capacity building for national authorities. She brings over fifteen years experience raising standards in both emergency and protracted setting within the camp management sector through tailored capacity building and technical camp management advice.
Her experience as a camp manager lead to the development of the Camp Management Toolkit which is now a widely used tool providing humanitarian guidelines on group and collective displacement.
She has a master’s degree in Intercultural Management which has complimented her field work in over 15 countries and particular interest in the special measures required to protect and assist women and children.
