Helping Amira's family stay warm this winter

The snow and winds of winter can make life for refugees even more difficult. UNHCR helps people forced to flee shelter against the cold, and delivers lifesaving assistance to help them stay healthy and safe. This winter, our generous supporters helped Amira and her three-year-old daughter Amani with blankets, shelter materials and cash assistance to help them buy fuel, food and other essentials.
