4 Mar 2016När Carl Biörsmark på 80-talet gick ut gymnasiet i Norrköping anade han inte att han 30 år senare skulle bli den första integrationscoachen i sin egen hemstad. De erfarenheter han samlat på sig under tio års resande jorden runt och 20 års arbete i Lettland, använder han idag i sitt jobb med 235 tonåringar från 20 olika länder, som nyss anlänt till Sverige.
