Lack of funding means lessons under the trees for some young refugees.

With too few schools for the children, classes are having to take place under the trees in refugee camps in Tanzania. But when it rains, or is too windy, school is cancelled. The poor conditions mean that thousands of students have dropped out, with only 75 per cent of primary-aged schoolchildren attending classes. Only 5 per cent of secondary-aged schoolchildren attend school as well.
