Refugee Welfare Fund

The Refugee Welfare Fund is a convenient way for you to donate directly to a refugee project that directly benefits refugees. The Fund goes towards the emergency medical and welfare needs of refugees in Malaysia, particularly in the area of life-saving medical assistance.

Without support, many refugees cannot afford life-saving medical interventions as their illegal status in the country means that they are unable to earn regular income.

Your donation to the Refugee Welfare Fund will go directly towards saving lives of extremely vulnerable refugees.

What is it?

Support for life saving and urgent medical and welfare assistance needs of extremely vulnerable refugees in Malaysia.

Who manages it?

UNHCR and our health partner, the Taiwan Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation.
