A report card on TWINE WASH Monitoring System (WMS) needs to be filled in for every UNHCR site on a monthly basis, either by the WASH partner or by the relevant WASH/Program Officer. This is key to a globalized and standardized monitoring of WASH activities in all UNHCR operations, and allows both time and location comparisons of key WASH indicators. It is a core element of the WASH Monitoring System.
