The Constitutional Court declared unconstitutional the Ley 1152 de 2007, “por la cual se dicta el Estatuto de Desarrollo Rural, se reforma el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural, Incoder, y se dictan otras disposiciones”.
