Comments	Published in the Official Journal of the European Communities, 18 December 2000 (2000/C 364/01). The Charter became legally binding when the Treaty of Lisbon entered into force on 1 Dec. 2009, as the Treaty confers on the Charter the same legal value as the Treaties.
