The Government of the Republic of Lithuania has decided:
1.
To obligate the Ministry of the Interior
1.1. to temporarily accommodate foreigners who hayed illegally arrived in the Republic of Lithuania and are illegally present, in the location of Fast Reaction Batallion of the Border Police Department of the Ministry of the Interior at Vilnius street No. 88 in the town of Pabrade (the district of Òvencioniai), until such time as they will be deported from the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2. to establish a Foreigners' Registration Centre at the aforementioned location of the Batallion in Pabrade that is assigned to accommodate temporarily;
1.2.1. foreigners applying for refugee status in the Republic of Lithuania until reasons preventing them from or allowing them to enjoying asylum in the Republic of Lithuania will be determined in accordance with the Articles No. 4 and No. 11 of the Law on the Status of Refugees in the Republic of Lithuania,
1.2.2. foreigners, who have illegally arrived and are illegally present in the Republic of Lithuania, until such time as they will be deported from the Republic of Lithuania, according to the established order of law.
2.
To allocate from the reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania to the Border Police Department of the Ministry of the interior 540.000 Litas to cover temporary accommodation and maintenance costs of foreigners who have illegally arrived and are illegally present in the Republic of Lithuania.
