With the object of regulating migration and demographic processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan I am enacting that:
1. The Agency on Migration and Demography of the Republic of Kazakhstan be formed as a central executive body not comprised in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, hereinafter called the Agency:
The key targets of the Agency shall be management of migration processes and ensuring the policy for population increase.
2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall:
1) develop and approve the Provision about the Agency within a month;
2) bring the prior acts of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan into compliance with this Decree;
3) adopt other necessary measures appropriate for the implementation of this Decree.
3. The Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
