Belgium: Conseil du Contentieux des Etrangers

The Conseil du Contentieux des Etrangers is an independent administrative court. The Conseil may be hear appeals against decisions of the Commissioner General for Refugees and Stateless Persons, against decisions of the Immigration Office and against any other individual decisions taken under the Law of 15 December 1980 on access to territory, residence, establishment and expulsion of aliens (Aliens Act). It replaces the Commission permanente de recours des réfugiés (CPRR), effective from 1 June 2007. Website: www.cce-rvv.be/
