Comments	This is an unofficial translation prepared by Tulkošanas un terminoloģijas centrs (Translation and Terminology Centre). The Law was adopted by the Saeima on 29 January 2004, and entered into force on 2 March 2004 (see 2004 version attached). It was amended on 15 February 2007 (see consolidated version below).
