Comments This set of guidelines was developed by the Office of the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General (DSRSG) of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) / Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator, with the advice of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), and in consultation and collaboration with a wide range of humanitarian actors working on Iraq, including the United Nations Country Team in Amman, non-governmental organisations and others.
