UNHCR makes progress in emergency transitional shelter

Jointly with partners from the government and NGOs, UNHCR surveyed that close to 2,000 private housing compounds had been damaged and about 1,690 had been completely destroyed during the outbreak of the violence, leaving 13,440 people homeless.
