UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, is already on the ground. We have replenished our stocks of life-saving supplies. We are building new camps, preparing alternative shelters and tens of thousands of emergency shelter kits.

UNHCR is at the forefront of the humanitarian response to this crisis but we can’t do this alone. At present, we only have 39% of the money needed to respond to this emergency.
