Refugees mark Nauryz in KazakhstanToday refugees in Kazakhstan with the help of UNHCR partner, International Association for Social Projects, organized small celebration of Nauryz, a holiday of spring and renewal in Central Asia. They decided to mark this day with a children concert, theater performances and a song Nauryz, which was gifted to refugee community with the warmest wishes by Aidos Sagat, UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador for Kazakhstan. UNHCR and the State Registration Service of the Kyrgyz Republic held today the Sixth High-Level Steering Meeting on Reduction and Prevention of Statelessness in the Kyrgyz Republic.
